Current plan structure
SoLoLink offers Free access plus recurring Starter, Pro, and Premium subscriptions. The current pricing page at
https://sololink.link/pricing is the source for displayed prices, billing intervals, and included features.
Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. SoLoLink does not collect your full payment-card number in the app.
Renewals
Starter, Pro, and Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you choose until cancelled. Your
Billing and Profile screens show the plan state SoLoLink receives from Stripe.
Request cancellation
To stop a future renewal, contact SoLoLink Support through this Help Center before your next renewal date. Include the
account email and plan name, but never send a password or full payment-card number. Support will confirm the effective
cancellation date and any remaining access.
Deleting or resetting SoLoLink account data does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription.
Refunds and credits
Refunds and credits are governed by the master SoLoVision Terms of Service and applicable law. Support can review a
billing issue and explain the available next step.
