What SoLoLink uses
SoLoLink uses the information needed to operate your account and the pages you choose to create. This can include:
- Your Google and Supabase account identity, such as email, name, and account ID
- Profile settings and public page content
- Links, campaigns, themes, schedules, and destinations you configure
- Traffic and interaction signals used for your analytics
- Subscription and entitlement status provided through Stripe
- Support messages and contact details you choose to provide
SoLoLink does not sell your personal information.
AI theme reference images
When you choose a reference image for AI theme generation, SoLoLink sends that image and your theme description to the AI provider selected in Settings > Themes so it can analyze the visual design. Reference-based generation sends the image for visual analysis and again with theme generation; one additional provider request may be made when the first result fails the fidelity check and needs repair. The reference image is not uploaded to SoLoLink's public theme background storage. Saving the result stores the approved theme schema and its generated gallery thumbnail, not the reference image itself.
Only attach an image you are permitted to use, and avoid images containing private information. If you select your connected ChatGPT/Codex account, the request uses that user-owned connection. Otherwise it uses SoLoLink's configured theme provider.
Live Chat privacy
Opening Live Chat connects to SoLoVision's Chatwoot support service. Chatwoot receives what you type, contact details you choose to provide, basic app-routing and connection metadata, and a support-session identifier.
SoLoLink never attaches your links, private pages, media, passwords, message archives, or recovery codes automatically. Do not send sensitive information in a support conversation.
Your controls
Use Settings to review tracking preferences, export your SoLoLink account data, or request account deletion. Account deletion does not cancel a separate Stripe subscription. Request subscription cancellation through the Help Center before the next renewal date.
