SoLoLink Privacy and Data Category: Privacy and Data Summary: Understand the account, page, analytics, billing, and support information SoLoLink uses, plus the controls available to you. What SoLoLink uses SoLoLink uses the information needed to operate your account and the pages you choose to create. This can include: - Your Google and Supabase account identity, such as email, name, and account ID - Profile settings and public page content - Links, campaigns, themes, schedules, and destinations you configure - Traffic and interaction signals used for your analytics - Subscription and entitlement status provided through Stripe - Support messages and contact details you choose to provide SoLoLink does not sell your personal information. Live Chat privacy Opening Live Chat connects to SoLoVision's Chatwoot support service. Chatwoot receives what you type, contact details you choose to provide, basic app-routing and connection metadata, and a support-session identifier. SoLoLink never attaches your links, private pages, media, passwords, message archives, or recovery codes automatically. Do not send sensitive information in a support conversation. Your controls Use Settings to review tracking preferences, export your SoLoLink account data, or request account deletion. Account deletion does not cancel a separate Stripe subscription. Request subscription cancellation through the Help Center before the next renewal date.
